Manwise Services

We continue to be extremely fortunate in Perth, as our low Covid-19 infection rate makes face-to-face consultations the norm.

Manwise provides an individualised psychotherapy service for men aged 18 years and older. We assist you to deal effectively with the challenges you experience and to achieve your desired outcome – whether work, social, relationship or personal in nature.

(Younger clients may be accepted at our discretion depending on individual circumstances). 

Manwise supports the provision of services via several telehealth platforms, including Zoom, Skype, FaceTime and telephone calls.

Perth Clients

We prefer to make the initial appointment an in-person appointment if possible before we move to telehealth, but this is negotiable depending on individual circumstances.

We understand that it can be difficult to attend appointments in person for various reasons, including the fact that you may be a FIFO worker. Manwise maintains a seamless transition between in-person appointments if you are available in Perth, and telehealth calls when on site/unavailable.

Clients Elsewhere

Manwise continues to support clients outside of Perth via telehealth. In the past six months we have had engagements with clients in Brisbane, Melbourne, Las Vegas* and England* to name a few.

* Note: Overseas clients present administrative problems as they are not covered by Australian practice insurance – these were clients who engaged with Manwise services while in Australia and then as a courtesy were supported after moving overseas.

The fact that we at Manwise feel there needs to be more of a focus on men’s mental health and wellbeing, doesn’t change the fact that we have experience providing effective counselling for women.
